  • We offer a shipping guarantee to ensure your order arrives on time. If we miss the delivery date (usually 15-20 business days), we’ll issue a full refund. The shipping time is counted from the day your package leaves our warehouse.
  • Normal Delivery Times:

  • Busy Seasons (e.g., holidays like Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday):
    • Orders may take longer, up to 30 business days due to high shipping volumes.
  • Unforeseen Delays:
    • Sometimes, delays may happen due to factors like weather, customs, or unexpected situations (e.g., health epidemics).
    • We will notify you about any delays via email or message.
  • Refund Policy:
    • For USA, European countries, New Zealand, and Canada, we will offer a full refund if the order doesn’t arrive within 30 days.
    • For South America, Middle East, India, Africa, we will issue a refund if the order is delayed by more than 60 days.
    • Refunds do not apply if delays are caused by issues like an incorrect address, unclaimed packages, or lack of contact.
